Orangewood Foundation is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1981. Its mission is to prepare foster and community youth to reach their greatest potential. Last year alone, Orangewood scholarships totaling over $862,000 were awarded to 361 young adults pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees. In Orangewood’s history, it has helped over 80,000 youth find their wings and soar. Beyond the programs, for thousands in our community Orangewood means “family,” “opportunity” and “hope.”
